Your Privacy Rights — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. This has always been our practice and it will not change. If you have questions about how your data is used, contact us at [email protected].

1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Get Off That App (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by SBNNL LLC, collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit our website, submit a membership application, complete an intake form, or purchase any of our offerings at getoffthatapp.com.

By using our website or submitting any form, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Name, email address, and phone number (when you apply or purchase)
  • Application responses, intake form answers, and preferences you share about how you socialize, what you enjoy, and what you’re open to
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your full card details)
  • Communications you send us by email or through any contact form

We may also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard web analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Review your application and determine membership eligibility
  • Create curated introductions and group placements based on your intake responses
  • Process payments and manage your membership subscription
  • Send you membership-related communications, including confirmations, placements, event details, and community benefits
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Improve our offerings and the quality of our curation

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling for purposes unrelated to curation within Get Off That App.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • GoHighLevel (our CRM and communication platform)
  • Email delivery providers

These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Get Off That App, its members, or the public.

Member introductions: When we facilitate an introduction or group experience, we share limited profile information — first name and relevant context from your intake — with the specific member(s) you are being introduced to. This is the core function of the service. By applying and completing your intake, you consent to this use of your information.

5. Sensitive Information

Our intake form may ask questions about your preferences, social habits, relationship status, and what you’re open to in connection. This information is used solely for the purpose of curating introductions and experiences within the membership. It is treated with discretion and is not shared with other members beyond the limited context described in Section 4 above.

You are never required to disclose anything you are not comfortable sharing. The quality of your curation is directly related to the quality of your intake responses — we ask because it helps us serve you better, not to build a profile for any external purpose.

6. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. Stripe’s privacy practices are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring subscription basis. Your billing date is set at the time of your first charge. You may cancel at any time by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line Cancel Membership. Cancellation requests are processed within 48 hours. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Your First Introduction ($27) is a one-time payment only. It is not a subscription and you will not be charged again.

7. Communications

By submitting an application or purchasing an offering, you agree to receive transactional and membership-related emails from us. These may include application status updates, placement notifications, event information, and community communications.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at [email protected]. You cannot opt out of transactional communications related to your active membership (such as billing notifications or placement confirmations) while your membership is active.

8. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal information to or with any third party for their own commercial purposes. This applies to all categories of personal information we collect, including your name, contact information, intake responses, and payment data.

We share information only with service providers who assist us in operating the membership (see Section 4), and only for those limited operational purposes. Those providers are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

If you are a California resident or otherwise have a right under applicable state privacy law to request that we not sell or share your personal information, you already have that protection — we do not do it. To confirm this in writing or to make any other privacy request, contact us at [email protected].

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal, administrative, or business purposes. If your application is not accepted, we may retain your application data for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

11. Children

Get Off That App is intended exclusively for adults aged 43 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or membership following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
